1. How much is shipping?

2. How long does it take to receive my product?
Standard shipping takes 10-15 business days. Faster shipping takes 3-7 business days. The above times do not include the days it takes for our warehouse to process and pack your order once it is received.
Please kindly notice that during peak sale season, the delivery time of packages may take a little bit longer.
Tips: To the impact of COVID-19, the delivery may be delayed according to the local epidemic situation and government policies.
3. How long will it be shipped when I finish the payment?
After the order is generated, we will ship it in 2-3 working days, and it is expected to be delivered to the customer in 7-15 days.
Please note that custom/personalized items may take up to 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped.
We will send you tracking information once your item has left our facility and is on its way to you!
4. I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?
We understand that you may now need to amend your delivery addresses, and some couriers have a self-service option that allows you to do this. If you want to change your delivery address, please be sure to contact our email:  cs@gemlooks.com within 48 hours of placing your order, and send your order number and new address to us, it'll be included in the tracking information sent to you when your order's left the warehouse. Unfortunately, the Gemlooks Support Team isn't able to amend the delivery address after 48 hours of placing your order or if your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Country
All products on Gemlooks are United States (not including Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and the United Kingdom, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Ireland, Sweden, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain available. If you are outside these countries, you can contact us at  cs@gemlooks.com or chat with us via online Customer Support to consult about any product’s delivery regions.
6. Custom Tax
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and is regulated by the country's law. Gemlooks is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
